Marian was born in Munich, and studied Political Science at the University of Regensburg from 2013 and then continued his studies in the Ludwig Maximillians University in Munich in 2014.
In addition he studied to become a teacher from 2011 until 2014 in the University of Regensburg, and since 2014 has continued his studies at in the Ludwig Maximillians University in Munich.
Marian first participated in the Brussels European Forum as Italy in the Council of the EU in 2014, and in 2015 has chaired the BEF NATO summit.
His special fields of interest include terrorism research, counter-unconventional warfare, European integration and NATO.
